Job Description: As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support and manage multiple activities in a timely manner. You will work with and support managers at all levels, adapting your communication style accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and manage multiple activities
  • Work with and support managers at all levels
  • Undertake duties as requested by our finance manager and business leaders
  • Provide accounts department assistance with data entry & accounting admin tasks
  • Provide general office admin support, from general facilities support through to arranging staff travel
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external

Requirements: We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. You should have computer literacy with Microsoft Business Applications: Word, Excel. An understanding of basic accounting principles would be an advantage.
