Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Description**
As a Clinical Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical team at Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Foundation NHS Trust. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, records, and building relationships with service users, families, and carers. You will also provide administrative support to the clinical team, including maintaining accurate records and files.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage phone calls and respond to enquires
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and carers
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
**Requirements**
- Experience in general office duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Friendly and approachable manner
