About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Customer Experience and Strategy to lead our patient engagement efforts, optimize our CRM systems, and drive exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM leadership, patient experience, or customer engagement and possess excellent leadership and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement CRM strategies that improve patient communications and service offerings.
• Design and implement strategies that create personalized and high-quality experiences across our brands.
• Utilize analytics and customer insights to inform patient engagement initiatives and improve overall patient care.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure a unified approach to patient care.

What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in CRM leadership, patient experience, or customer engagement roles.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven marketing strategies.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in healthcare, retail, or service industries.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
