The successful candidate will provide leadership, supervision, guidance, and clinical support to staff members and clients in a residential program setting.
Responsibilities- Oversee the administration of the assigned program, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective program operation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on program-specific topics and issues.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Director to manage administrative processes and requirements.
- Develop and monitor scheduling of staff across the program to ensure economy and program coverage.
- Represent Advocates in external settings, such as community events and conferences.
