About the Role

The Team Administrator provides efficient and high-quality administrative support to our team. This role involves arranging appointments, managing meetings, organising documentation and maintaining sound processes.

  • Arranging appointments, venue booking, catering and travel arrangements
  • Managing meetings, and event bookings and event support
  • Organising the flow of documentation and information and maintaining sound processes
  • Developing processes and practices that meet the needs of the team
  • Minute taking, stakeholder management and oversight of decisions and action points
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience of providing high-level administration
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
  • The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
  • Good technical understanding of IT processes and systems
  • Excellent time management and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Powerpoint and Excel
