The Role:

Your role as a Care and Support Coordinator will involve coordinating support plans, collaborating with the team, and ensuring that our community members receive the necessary care and support.

This is a casual contract position requiring flexibility for weekends and sleepovers.

About You

We seek an experienced coordinator who can adapt to the diverse needs of highly active individuals, including those who enjoy regular walks, swimming, and maintaining an energetic lifestyle. Your exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills will be valuable assets in addressing various challenges.
