Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Schedules and Plans: Support project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Reports: Coordinate project meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Assist with Procurement: Assist with procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage Project Resources: Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and track expenses to budget.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and address any project-related issues.
  • Collaborate to Implement Solutions: Collaborate with project managers to implement solutions for project challenges.
  • Manage Risks and Hazards: Identify and manage hazards and risks in line with Health and Safety policies.
  • Prioritize Personal Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure compliance with safety standards in the workplace and prioritize personal health, safety, and wellbeing.
