Role Description
We are seeking a Community Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with residents, their families, and external agencies to promote positive wellbeing and support recovery goals.
Main Accountabilities
- Support residents with daily tasks and activities.
- Navigate residential virtual boards to ensure consistent communication.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in mental health and addictions environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a strengths-based framework.
- Computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
