As a Community Care Specialist with our Enliven team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients (elderly, disabled, individuals in recovery) in their homes. Your responsibilities will include visiting clients to assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, home help and assistance with community activities.

The specific needs of each client will determine the level of care and support required. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored support in line with their agreed care plan.

We currently have Support Worker opportunities across the Tauranga area, which may include locations in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa, as well as surrounding areas. Flexibility to travel is essential for this role, and weekend work is also required.
