**Job Overview**
About the Role:
As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering early intervention health and wellbeing guidance, support, and service within Primary and Intermediate Schools as part of the Mana Ake program.
The Mana Ake service is led by health professionals and delivered in collaboration with education, enabling the delivery of support where initial discovery of wellbeing need is often identified in a community setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver evidence-informed individual, group, and whole-of-class wellbeing programs/interventions for tamariki.
- Work collaboratively with schools to identify and address wellbeing needs.
**Requirements:**
- An experienced healthcare professional with current registration in Nursing, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
- Well-experienced in working with community, tamariki, and whānau.
- Adaptable and able to pivot within a rapidly changing environment.
- Hold a full driver's license.
