The Opportunity

We are seeking a Community Care Specialist to join our Enliven team in the Tauranga area. As a Community Care Specialist, you will visit clients in their homes to provide support with personal cares, issue medication, wound dressing, meal preparation, home help, and assistance with community activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally caring and empathetic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a Level 3 Health & Wellbeing qualification or be willing to undertake training, and possess a full New Zealand driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

Requirements

  • A New Zealand resident, citizen or have an eligible work visa
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Clear English language skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Compassion for the elderly, disabled and those in recovery
