The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within Singapore by effectively selling Volkswagen cars and/or related services through personal contacts and securing new customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets across retail passenger car sales volume, insurance, and financial sales volume
- Identify business opportunities, prospects, and evaluate customer interest, developing and proposing sales and finance options
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers, build rapport to recruit new customers
- Demonstrate highest degree of professionalism, customer service, integrity, and honesty when handling customer queries
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' levels with at least 2 years of sales experience and a valid Class 3 driving license
- Candidates with automotive sales and/or corporate, fleet sales experience with professional training and certification will be an added advantage
- Highly motivated individual with strong sales dedication, team player mentality, responsible performance orientation, and independent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is essential, and basic skills in a second language are required to communicate with customers who are not fluent in English
- Good Microsoft Office skills are required
