Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high-quality delivery through effective staffing and scheduling
  • Providing effective leadership of the diploma teaching team
  • Maintaining a climate of student success and progression
  • Monitoring and reporting on student and programme outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring academic quality assurance and compliance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record and significant experience of both academic leadership and teaching, preferably within a tertiary environment. You will bring to this role, experience in managing teaching teams, including a sound understanding of academic processes and reporting requirements.

You will have academic credibility, be comfortable building and maintaining relationships across the University and Navitas teams, and possess a strong focus on learner outcomes and commitment to student success within an environment of high-quality delivery.
