Job Description

The Programme Coordinator will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and implementing WEFST's programs. This includes collaborating with team members, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and coordinate impactful programmes and events that align with WEFST's mission and objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, volunteers, and participants throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Oversee scheduling, resources, and logistics for smooth programme execution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive outreach and engagement efforts to boost participation and enhance the overall programme experience.
  • Align program goals with WEFST's mission and objectives, continuously assessing and reporting on programme effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for community service and program development, with a commitment to creating positive social change.
  • Prior experience in program coordination or event planning is highly desirable.
