Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Programme Coordinator to join our team at Volunteering Waikato. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful programmes that align with our mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement programme activities that promote community engagement and development
- Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and community partners to ensure effective programme delivery
- Manage programme budgets and resources to achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing programme support
- Monitor programme progress and evaluate outcomes to inform future programme development
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in programme coordination or a related field
- Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
