Claims Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Sensitive Claims Contract Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in managing ACC provider administration, handling emails, purchase orders, and system queries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage ACC provider administration with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle emails, purchase orders, and system queries in a timely manner.
- Support therapists by coordinating onboarding, training, and vetting requirements.
- Organize referrals and waitlists, keeping clients informed and coordinating placements.
- Manage billing and invoicing to ACC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Requirements**
- At least two years of administration experience, ideally in a health, mental health, or not-for-profit setting.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using technology and client management systems.
- A commitment to te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.
