Job Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Claims Team Support Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Team Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the claims team in processing administrative tasks, opening and distributing incoming mail, loading and scanning claims, maintaining salvage boxes, archiving claims and clearing claims inboxes.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming mail and ensuring timely distribution
- Liaising with administrators to resolve issues and provide support
- Managing claim documents and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders
- Assisting with various tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
