Administrative Support Opportunity

Cannon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports and presentations for submission to the President & CEO.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to relevant resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
