**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience selling business software/solutions, preferably in Industry/Enterprise. A proven track record of success working with CHRO and IT is essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute programs with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to drive pipeline & revenue growth.
  • Educate target accounts on our solution set, conduct strategic account planning, and lead efforts to establish market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  • Uncover, qualify, and lead sales cycles based on HXM opportunities and attain various sales objectives related to maintaining named customers and securing new business opportunities.
