The Programme Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing and supporting the day to day tasks within the programme to ensure it is well organised and running smoothly. This includes managing and maintaining effective programme administrative tasks, collation of reports and other communication requirements. It involves working closely with the programme leadership team and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements and the smooth running of the programme.

A key member of the Commercial team, you will assist the wider team in achieving objectives and initiatives.

Key Tasks include:

  1. Working collaboratively with the programme director, leadership and team to deliver programme outcomes.
  2. Establishing and using existing tools and templates to provide clear documentation of the programme.
  3. Organising and administrating key governance forums and groups, including issuing agendas, reports, meeting set up, and room bookings.
  4. Coordinating and preparing materials for board and committee meetings, as well as minutes and actions.
  5. Producing regular and ad hoc reports (as required) and as directed by the programme director.
  6. Acting as a utility resource for the commercial function.
  7. Being the key point of contact for sharing information across programme team members, partners and other stakeholders.
  8. Working with relevant finance partners to set-up and process POs where required for payment of programme invoices.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualification in project management or experience in project/programme management.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience level (PMO, Coordination, Project Coordination).
  3. Experience working with SAP modules (i.e. processing of purchase orders).
  4. Experience in use of Microsoft Project and MS Office suite.
