We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior consulting leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing commitments across multiple time zones.
You will arrange detailed travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itinerary management in compliance with company policy. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth execution, including agenda preparation, materials, and venue arrangements.
Your responsibilities will also include managing corporate expenses, including AMEX reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and timesheet submissions. You will provide high-level administrative support to advance stakeholders' commercial agendas, demonstrating a clear understanding of client and case requirements.
As a trusted advisor, you will act as a key liaison between senior leaders, case teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive, high-level executive support to senior consulting leaders
