A well-established electrical company located on Auckland's North Shore, delivering a premium service to our customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced senior administrator to oversee and lead our team of coordinators within our electrical servicing division. This newly created role requires an enthusiastic and professional leader to ensure all administrative functions are run effectively and smoothly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the functionality and efficiency of the job management system, client portals, and registers. They will also be expected to manage the timely completion of all invoicing and regularly review and improve administrative systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the service administration team
- Manage the coordination of Service Electricians
- Oversee the timely completion of all invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a team leader or senior administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
This is a full-time office-based position - Monday to Friday. Applicants must have the right to work in NZ and be able to show proof of this.
