Job Description

The successful candidate will provide support to The Warriors Community Foundation, manage sponsorship committees, and offer professional administrative services to company directors and senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient and timely planning and management of meetings, correspondence, accommodation, and travel arrangements
  • Reconciling invoices from suppliers charged to the company credit card
  • Daily invoicing, checking shipment details for accuracy and completeness
  • Ordering and managing office equipment and consumables
  • Organising travel and company vehicle fleet management

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of administration experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload. They will also possess outstanding organisational and time management skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
