About the Role:
  • You will support a C-Suite executive by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily workflow.
  • You will manage relationships with clients to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
  • You will coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • You will manage travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics for global travel.
  • You will assist with billing, expense reconciliation, and general administrative duties.
  • You will provide support for special projects as required.
  • You will handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • You will work autonomously, ensuring efficiency and organization across a range of tasks.
About You:
  • You should have proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • You should have strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients.
  • You should be highly proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
