Administrative Finance Professional

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Finance Professional to join our Finance team in Wellington.
As an Administrative Finance Professional, you will be responsible for providing financial support services, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. You will have experience in finance processes and internal control requirements, as well as the ability to train and induct others in our systems and processes.
You will also be responsible for resolving issues related to time recording and billing work-in-progress. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential, along with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A high level of computer literacy, including previous experience with financial systems and Microsoft Excel, is required. Good verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous work experience at a professional services organisation and be able to show initiative and be proactive.
