Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Director to lead our Community Development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to promote community engagement and social interaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our Community Hubs, ensuring that all programs and activities align with our organization's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients and the broader community.
- Provide guidance and support to Assistant Managers in their roles, promoting professional development and growth.
- Oversee budget planning and execution for Community Hubs, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Review funding proposals for program delivery, working closely with our Senior Manager, Regional Hub to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and execute programs that foster community partnerships and drive meaningful interactions between clients and the community.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion for working with people with intellectual disabilities.
