Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a Grants and Operations Lead to oversee the Quantum Engineering Programme (QEP) grants operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regularly reviewing progress of awarded QEP grants to ensure that KPIs, milestones, and budget utilisation are on track. They will also build excellence in grants management through the development, refinement, and implementation of best practices, within A*STAR and through working with other funding agencies.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary degree, at least 2 years of experience in planning, governance, and/or grant management roles, and a keen interest in work related to governance and grant management, especially in the research & development sector. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking abilities are essential, as well as resourcefulness and independence.
