Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Science Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with our Executive Director, Research Office and Deputy Director, SRTT CID to manage the A*STAR SRTT initiative at the portfolio and programme level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of A*STAR's SRTT initiative, working closely with the Executive Director, Research Office and Deputy Director, SRTT CID.
  • Drive data analytics and dashboarding of SRTT programmes to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for grants management to ensure excellence and efficiency.
  • Regularly review progress of awarded grants to ensure that KPIs, milestones, and budget utilization are on track.
  • Support the Central Initiative Directorate in engagements with SRTT Programme Managers and relevant research support teams.

Requirements

  • Degree with good knowledge of STEM discipline.
  • Minimally 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with regards to grants terms and conditions.
  • PMP certification is highly recommended.
