Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for New Zealand and Australia.
  • Accounts Payable: Handle accounts payable, including transaction entry, supplier account reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Conduct bank reconciliations and provide updates on cash flow requirements.
  • Statutory Payments: Prepare and submit payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory payments.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, addressing queries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NCEA Level 3 required.
  • Diploma in accounting or business advantageous.
  • Three years of experience in an Accounts Administrator role.
  • Good understanding of finance and invoicing systems.
