Job Description: The Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality, detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. This includes applying deep understanding of the Salesforce application, taking care of business analysis, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and creating solutions using configuration and declarative tools on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities: Identify gaps between current and desired end-states and develop appropriate Salesforce solutions. Analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop technical specifications inspired by Salesforce best practices. Take on the role of a Team-Lead and take care of your team as they navigate Salesforce and other products. Create custom Salesforce modifications utilizing recognised best practice methods that meet expectations and stand up to peer and external audit and review.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience providing professional services, particularly as a Functional Consultant, with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce flow, data model, and declarative tools. Experience with and understanding of declarative enhancement tools in Salesforce such as Flows, Process Builder, Formulas, and Validation Rules, Schema Builder. System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical) experience is also required.
