We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee and manage our Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  2. Act as a technical mentor to the development team, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture and coding.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  4. Oversee the development of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce platform components.
  5. Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  6. Ensure high performance and scalability of the Salesforce platform by implementing robust testing and deployment practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and incorporate new features to enhance platform capabilities.
  8. Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
  9. Support the creation of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents.
Qualifications

Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
  3. Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative features, including Flows, Process Builder, and custom objects.
  5. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and third-party tools.
  6. Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
  8. Proven ability to manage and mentor a development team.
