">- We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Networking Solutions team in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
">- Forecast and manage sales revenue for the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective territory coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 8-10 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in enterprise networking solutions.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
