The HR Division encompasses various departments, including Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners. As a member of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for:

**Primary Job Functions:**

  • Optimize benefits-related policies, processes, and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of employee benefits, addressing any anomalies through data analytics and technology.
  • Oversee the management of outsourced benefits vendors, ensuring timely submission of reports and maintaining relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential HR record management, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide prompt advisory and customer service to colleagues, building partnerships with stakeholders.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience
  • Meticulous and possessing operational and systems thinking skills
  • High level of initiative, independence, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of staff
  • Able to multitask effectively and work well under pressure with tight deadlines
