As a key member of our marketing team, the Customer Relationship and Loyalty Manager will play a critical role in shaping our CRM and loyalty strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective customer engagement campaigns, with a focus on driving loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric CRM strategy that enhances customer experiences and drives loyalty.
  • Design and launch targeted email campaigns to engage customers and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-facing initiatives.
  • Analyse customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimise customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer with 3+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing, with hands-on expertise in CRM platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, or HubSpot. A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
