This role is responsible for managing and growing BNZ's loyalty partners, enabling world-class loyalty propositions. You will lead the development and management of high-value partnerships, from commercial agreements through to proposition execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need to understand the competitive environment and ensure the bank drives innovation within the loyalty space. You will also need to keep close to what our customers are doing, monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Requirements

  1. Proven ability to develop strong partnerships and negotiate productive commercial agreements.
  2. Excellent commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
