Senior Administrative Coordinator

About the Role
This is a high-paced but rewarding role that sees you providing top-level administrative support to the Directorate that oversees the majority of medical specialty functions for Health New Zealand Southern.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitating communication channels and Organising meeting agendas
- Taking minutes, overseeing schedules and complex diary management
- Managing patient feedback and complaints, media and Official information request inquiries
- Coordinating the Directorate's adverse events processes and arranging family meetings
- Liaising directly with Patients and Whanau, Maintenance of financial and human resource systems and reporting
- Collation of monthly reporting and Overseeing general office administrative duties

About You
You will have a background in senior-level administration and demonstrate skills to anticipate, prioritise, and deliver in a complex environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly professional demeanour are essential. Keen eye for detail and initiative to allow you to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills, including an unrivalled proficiency in Microsoft 365.
