We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Director to join our team. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a holistic revenue operations strategy that aligns with our SaaS Portfolios overarching business goals.
  • Working closely with leadership teams to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Owning the revenue operations process from end-to-end, ensuring continuous optimisation of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention workflows to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Fostering seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Service teams, ensuring alignment of all revenue-generating functions to deliver a unified and exceptional customer experience.
  • Using advanced analytics to define and track KPIs across the revenue cycle, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn, and customer lifetime value, and leveraging data to continuously improve processes, predict trends, and optimise resource allocation.
