We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Timaru. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

About the Role

  • You will be working closely with the Timaru-based team, assisting with various administrative tasks, including word processing, document management, debtor management, and billing.
  • You will also be involved in supporting and resourcing Copeland Ashcroft's other offices in both North and South Islands.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
