Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic plans to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise conversion rates and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Implement the end-to-end strategy and design of customer journeys, use UX and data insights, and optimise the reader monetisation tech stack.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through targeted initiatives and increase awareness among users.
  • Be the 'super user' of marketing automation and subscription management platforms, maintain compliance with regulations, and implement advanced tools for content personalisation.

About You:

  • 2-5 years of experience in direct marketing or campaign experience (experience with marketing automation platforms a plus)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • An effective communicator who can relate confidently and appropriately with people inside and outside the organisation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MailChimp, SendGrid, Zephr) and data-driven personalisation tools.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and focused on continuous improvement.
