Our Sales and Go-to-Market team is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and shaping the future of cloud security.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead our Sales Engineering team in NZ. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing Sales Engineering team in the NZ region
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales Directors on strategic goals and resource allocation
  • Supporting Sales Engineers with technical validation and enablement
  • Providing expert guidance for proposal development, including client presentations
  • Representing Zscaler at industry events and conferences

Success in this role requires:

  • 10+ years of experience in presales roles, including team lead and manager positions
  • 5+ years selling security solutions
  • 2+ years in people management
  • Strong understanding of network security technologies

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Advanced knowledge of HTTP, web technologies, proxies, caches, and firewalls
  • Experience with system installation, configuration, and administration of routers, switches, UNIX/Linux, and Windows systems
