Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Preparation Specialist to join our team at Lowes Foods, Llc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional product preparation services and creating an engaging experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active engagement with guests through product preparation, sampling, and suggestive selling
  • Demonstrate superior guest service and storytelling skills about products
  • Operate the Pick & Prep area according to strict merchandising and operational standards
  • Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department
  • Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising, and guest service as necessary

Requirements:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well with others and effectively communicate
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
  • Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements
