Facilities Hygiene Technician

Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Facilities Hygiene Technician to join our team in Hamilton. This role involves providing high-quality hygiene and cleaning services to our clients in the Central North Island region.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading the service vehicle to complete daily assignments
- Performing cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies
- Providing and maintaining hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitizers, sanitary bins, and air fresheners
- Addressing hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
- Completing service reports to document services performed
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and staying aware of client needs
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
- Full NZ driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
- Excellent customer service skills to build upon client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical fitness and ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently
- Willingsness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
- Confidence using a mobile phone service app and devices
- Experience or knowledge in cleaning and hygiene is a plus
