About the Role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Washroom and Toilet Sanitation Expert to join our team in Hamilton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hygiene and cleaning services to our clients in the Central North Island region.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading the service vehicle to complete daily assignments
  • Performing cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies
  • Providing and maintaining hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitizers, sanitary bins, and air fresheners
  • Addressing hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
  • Completing service reports to document services performed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and staying aware of client needs

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
  • Full NZ driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clean criminal record
  • Excellent customer service skills to build upon client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently
  • Willingsness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • Confidence using a mobile phone service app and devices
  • Experience or knowledge in cleaning and hygiene is a plus
