Hygiene Support Technician

Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly motivated Hygiene Support Technician to join their team in Hamilton, New Zealand. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in carrying out hygiene and cleaning services, solving customer problems, and providing top-notch service.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic working environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be expected to work Tuesday to Saturday, full-time, with occasional overnight stays for longer trips, weekend work, or early/late shifts depending on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading service vehicles efficiently
- Performing cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to client policies
- Providing and maintaining hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitizers, sanitary bins, and air fresheners
- Addressing hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
- Completing service reports to document services performed
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Staying aware of client needs and identifying opportunities to improve service standards
