Job Title: North America Channel Sales ManagerWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our sales team as a Channel Sales Manager for the North America region.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory goals and KPIs.
- Channel Management: Manage and develop relationships with channel partners to ensure successful collaboration and deal execution.
- Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends and tailor the global channel strategy to meet regional needs.
- Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Deal Execution: Coordinate with channel partners to execute and win deals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- Experience: 3+ years of technology solution sales experience and 3+ years of experience managing an indirect sales channel.
- Skills: Strong technical and business vision, excellent networking and stakeholder management skills, and high-level proficiency working with international organizations.
