We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced North American Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth across North America. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering aggressive growth and sales development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements: University degree in a relevant field (MBA highly preferred), at least 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, technical understanding of the flexible packaging and converting industry, effective negotiation and influencing skills.
