Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide expert advice on strategic workforce planning and talent management.
* Develop and maintain data structures, not just use them.
* Integrate data from various sources to create a comprehensive picture and use data to tell a story.
* Investigate trends to understand why they occur and their potential impacts.

Requirements
* Proven ability to deliver insights from data sets
* Experience in developing data models and analysis
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
