This role is part of our Organisational Development team, which focuses on improving DOC's overall performance and effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, leading communication efforts to ensure transparency and engagement, monitoring and reporting on progress, providing support and training to employees throughout the change process, and evaluating and refining change management processes for continuous improvement.
