Our client is seeking a highly organized and skilled Temporary Office Administrator to maintain daily operations smoothly during a period of high demand.
About the Job
This temporary role requires someone who can hit the ground running, likely covering staff leave. Your responsibilities may include:
- Answering phone calls and handling general inquiries
- Processing quotes and entering data accurately
- Recording orders in multiple systems and notifying schedulers of job orders
- Managing customer reviews via BetterBunch
- Assisting the business owner with daily office operations
We're Looking for Someone with:
- Admin experience (ideally in building or construction)
- Experience with ServiceM8, Xero, or TrackIt (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other systems quickly
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to grow within the role
