About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Avanti Finance as an Accounting Services Coordinator. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting and finance who can manage accounting systems and processes, prepare payroll, and complete clerical and administrative tasks.

You will be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience to maintain office services and ensure the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include administering the accounting system, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using a large ERP system (preferably Netsuite) and be numerically competent. They will also need to have strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to work autonomously, and flexibility to adapt to change.
